For this assignment we had to demonstrate understanding of geometry within a photo. The first image is an original photo composed by understanding the 1/3 rule. The second image is edited to include multiple angles and triangles within the image. Both of these images my goal was to keep it simple, and include as many natural and man-made lines as possible. For the first image, it was necessary to compose the lines before taking the photo. I think the nine verticle lines created by the sculpture juxtapose the natural horizontal lines created by nature. In the second image, I wanted to create an abstract mysterious image. I did that by mirroring the original and boosting up the shadows using the burn tool.
